Here is a bathroom belonging to Mr W. Bartkowski

Mr Bartkowski had recently bought the property. He decided to extend the house, doubling the length of the bathroom. The old suite & tiles were removed so building work could commence. Mr Bartkowski chose to source his bathroom furniture individually, instead of buying a suite, as he wanted a small space saver toilet & cistern, to allow him to fit a shower pod, bath & basin with a vanity unit. To coincide with the building work vaious trips were made to the property therefore the bathroom was fitted in stages.

Before

After

Mr Bunyard's bathroom was in need of a full refurbishment as it had a very dated avocado green suite, comprising of a cast iron bath, low level toilet, basin & walls which were half tiled.
Firstly we helped Mr Bunyard decide on an appropriate bathroom suite. After that the old suite & tiles were removed. The walls were then plastered & tiled floor to ceiling. The new basin & bath were fitted in their original positions with the addition of a glass shower screen & a Mira shower. His chosen suite consisted of a close couple toilet so adjustments were required to the soil pipe to allow this type of toilet to be fitted.
"Price & quality of workmanship were excellent, project management of the bathroom installation went without any problems, including the sub-contracting of the tiling. Will definatly recommend onthemark & indeed have already done so, thanks again for a seemless installation" Paul & Alex, Churchover.
Here is a bathroom belonging to Miss J. Haynes

Miss Haynes had recently purchased the property so this bathroom was in need of a full reburbishment as it had a very dated cast iron bath, low level toilet, basin with pedestal, walls which were half tiled & a domestic hot water cylinder housed in a large cupboard.
Firstly the cylinder was taken out & a new one was relocated to the loft. The bathroom suite, tiles & wallpaper were removed. All the walls were plastered & two full walls were then tiled in preperation for the installation of the sink, bath & toilet. Miss Haynes wanted a traditional style suite to suit the period of the house, so a roll top bath with mixer shower head was chosen. A Victorian style basin, a close couple toilet, a towel radiator & a chrome, circular, shower curtain rail were all included.
